Profile pictures in Moodle are being pulled directly from the TigerCard office. These images are owned by LSU and are being used in a secure LSU system in accordance with University policies. Extra caution has been taken to ensure that only persons with the appropriate permissions can view these photos within the Moodle environment. The only persons that can see these pictures are the individual student user (no student can see another student) and instructors in their specific courses (instructors cannot see images of students not enrolled in their class). Instructors’ images can only be seen by students currently enrolled in their courses.
