General Information

The LSU Community Moodle instance was designed to provide a location for hosting non-academic online learning environments for LSU associates.  The courses to be hosted might include not-for-credit classes, club or organization sponsored areas and online training sites.  Courses for which a monetary charge to the participant is required are not housed on Community Moodle.

To access Community Moodle, please visit: community.moodle2.lsu.edu

Request a Course

To request a Community course, users need only send all relevant information (course name, reason for request, who will be the primary instructor) to the Faculty Technology Center (ftc@lsu.edu).

Enrolling Users to a Course

A user must have a PAWS account to gain access to Community Moodle. If you would like to add someone who is not affiliated with LSU to a Community Moodle course, you will need to request a guest account. For more information, please visit GROK Article 7057
