How to start a scheduled Teams/Zoom meeting
1. Locate scheduled meeting on Logitech Touchpad.
2. Press the Join button.
3. To end the meeting, press the red hang up button on the Logitech Touchpad.
How to start a conference call
1. Press the Call Button.
2. Dial the number you wish to call.
How to mirror your laptop to the TV Screen
Wireless Solution (Teams Only)
1. Start a meeting.
2. Use the Teams Search Bar on the Logitech Touchpad to search for the name of the presenter and call.
3. The presenter will accept the call on the device they wish to present on.
4. Press the Share button in the Teams call on the presenter’s device and select the screen you want to display.
Wired Solution
1. Plug the device into the HDMI cord coming out from the Logitech Touchpad. (HDMI converter may be needed, depending on device)
2. To end screen sharing, unplug device or press the Stop Sharing button on the Logitech Touchpad.
How to start an impromptu meeting
1. Press the Meet button on the Logitech Touchpad.
2. Make note of the Meeting ID, Passcode and/or Dial info for additional meeting members AND/OR go to the Logitech Touchpad and type the name of an LSU employee in the search bar and call them.
3. To end the meeting, press the red hang up button on the Logitech Touchpad.
How to mirror your laptop to the Virtual/Hybrid meeting participants (via Teams)
Wireless Solution
1. Press the Share button in the Teams call on the presenter’s device and select the screen you want to display.
2. To end screen sharing, press the Stop sharing button.
Wired Solution
1. Plug the device into the HDMI cord coming out from the Logitech Touchpad. (HDMI converter may be needed, depending on device)
2. The meeting should automatically start to display the presenter device. If not, press the Share button on the Logitech Touchpad, then select Connected Device.
3. To end screen sharing, unplug device or press the Stop Sharing button on the Logitech Touchpad.
