SNAP: Activities & Resources: Quiz Question Types: Description

Within a Quiz, an instructor can provide instructions, rubric, graphics, or other content through the use of the Description option. This is similar to the way that labels can be used to add content to the course page.

To Add a Description to a Quiz:

1. Log onto Moodle and select your course.

2. Click on the gear symbol (Admin) to the top right side, select the folder Question bank then select Questions.

NOTE: It is suggested that the question name be something specific (other than Description) so that it is easier to find and edit it later.
