PLEASE NOTE: There are two different ways to complete the next step depending on which view you are in. If you see two separate drop-down boxes, click Add a resource and select URL.  For more information about this option, view Activity Chooser Options.

4. Select URL and click Add.

5. Assign a Name to this URL. An optional setting is to enter a Description which will display on the overview page for the web-link and on the Activities | Resources table page. Type or paste in the location of the link (URL) in the external URL field.

NOTE: When you paste URLs, make sure there is only one "http://" at the beginning of the address. If you have more than one, your link will not work.

    • Next to the link, click on the "Edit/update" symbol Edit/update symbol.  This will return you to the edit page for the website link.
