Requesting Documents
I Need a Degree Audit (Academic Plan). (in Academics tab, scroll to "Academic Plans (Create, Edit, Register) Guide" page 9)
I Need an Official Transcript.
I Need an UN-Official Transcript (College Record).
Important Notes
A Transcript is an official document with a limit to the number you can print without cost. See more on requesting an LSU Transcript.
NOTE: Students cannot e-mail their LSU transcripts to email addresses on the @lsu.edu domain.
You can print a College Record (Workday Student Academics tab - "Generate Unofficial Transcript (in Workday)" Guide) when you do not need an Official copy. It contains the same information and is always FREE.
Degree Audit (Academic Plan) General Information
An Academic Plan (previously Degree Audit) provides schedule building services and diagrams how a student's courses apply to a unique degree program. The Academic Plan is defined by a major and a catalog year. In some cases, an area of concentration further identifies the Plan. Alternative Academic Plans can be created to accomodate any declared minors.
- NOTE: Graduate programs do not have Degree Audits.
Additional Resources
Questions concerning a degree audit report should be directed to the office of the dean offering the degree program. An official copy of a report can also be obtained from the dean's office. The copy available via Workday is unofficial.
